Denise Felber, CPA - Partner @ Hogan Taylor: Denise has over 30 years experience serving clients in the trucking & insurance industries. Kevin Nembhard, CMA - Senior Manager @ Walmart: Kevin is a Certified Management Accountant with over 16 years of finance and IT experience, with a history of establishing solid working relationships with senior business partners and external customers. A successful record of implementing a complex Tier 1 ERP global financial system, with responsibilities spanning the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Prior to Walmart, Kevin was the VP of Finance Change Management & Strategic Projects at Morgan Stanley, and Accounting Manager/SAP Global Implementation Team Lead at Fitch Ratings.

Lamar Steiger, CFRE - Director of Finance & Resource Development @ Fellowship Bible Church NWA: Lamar was born and raised on a purebred cattle ranch, assuming the Ranch Manager role at JACS Ranch. The Ranch Manager role was not only a great fit as a young man, but an opportunity to work for and with Jack Shewmaker (former President of Walmart as well as his Father-in-law). Jack's training and influence prepared him for leadership and a passion for excellence. Life change led to career change in the mid 90's, leading the Bentonville Congregation for Fellowship Bible Church of NWA for 12 years, launching the church's generosity ministry in 2008 and now as the Director of Finance & Resource Development.

Robin Phelan, CPA: Robin has assumed many financial accounting roles as Controller at Natural Health Trends and Kaire International, as well as Corporate Accounting Manger and Senior Manager, Accounting & Controls at Michaels Stores Inc, and Walmart, respectively. As the business environment changes, new ethical cultural models emerge. Robin will present the AICPAs new Code of Conduct, motivational changes in academia and business, as well as changes in ethics post financial crisis.
